Before becoming a revelation on the Polish music scene, Jann grew up in a large family in Garwolin. Already as a child, he performed in the local Musical Theater “Od Czapy”, and when he was 12 years old he appeared on the stage of the National Opera. His musical education in Poland was interrupted by a trip to Great Britain, where he decided to study vocal at a London university.
On the web you can find archival recordings on which the vocalist is difficult to recognize – the repertoire performed by him was also different. Today, Jann has his own style, character and many personal stories to tell through his music. However, he started with patriotic songs.

In turn, in 2013, in the “Amicus” hall in Żoliborz, the concert “December Voices, December Fates” was held, during which Jann performed the song “Hope” with words by Adam Asnyk.
