The story of the dog-illusionist in “Mam Talent” moved the jurors to tears. He miraculously escaped death

Miracle is an exceptional participant in the British “Got Talent” – not only because of the fact that he is a dog, but also because of the difficult past to which he owes his name. His owner, through a magic trick, decided to tell the story not only about him, but also about nineteen other pets who miraculously survived in difficult conditions and survived thanks to her help. It not only moved the jurors, but also made Simon Cowell address the viewers with an important appeal.

Amanda Leask is a “Got Talent” contestant who has devoted most of her life to helping animals, and they repay the same. Thanks to the decision to participate in the British edition of the program, the world learned the story of a unique dog named Miracle, who miraculously escaped death. In gratitude, he became a support for his owner’s son, Kyle, who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and autism. However, this is not the end of the pet’s rich biography. Together with Amanda, he deals with the art of illusion.

A seemingly simple trick was the pretext for a serious story

Miracle came into Amanda’s care in 2014 when she was traveling in Thailand. Since then, they have been inseparable, both support other dogs under the care of their own foundation, and live in Scotland on a daily basis. What they have in common is not only the desire to help, but also the passion for performing magic tricks. So the duo decided to take part in the casting for the British “Got Talent”.

My dog’s name is Miracle and today we’re going to show you real miracles.

– announced the woman standing in front of the jurors. She then turned to the chairman of the jury, Simon Cowell. “I know you like dogs, so there are 40 cards in front of you representing those in my care.” The audience was surprised when Amanda admitted that there are actually even more of them. She then asked for the photos to be separated into four equal piles and given to the judges one of the chosen ones. Before proceeding to the final of the trick, she decided to show a video explaining how such a large herd ended up in her care. What was shown shocked everyone.

Not just a Miracle

Viewers had a chance to learn that Miracle had been with Amanda for six years, but he wasn’t always such a healthy and happy dog. He spent his early years in harsh breeding conditions, destined to become a future victim of the dog meat trade. He was found nearly crushed in a cage among thousands of other dogs. When one of the rescuers saw him, he was convinced that he was already dead, but at the moment of taking a picture of the drastic scene, he opened one eye. The decision to transport him to Scotland and save his life was made quickly and led to another – 19 of Amanda’s 40 dogs are rescued animals.

I have no idea which pictures of animals you drew, but Miracle did. He told me before the show.

– announced the woman after the screening of the film, after which another one was shown, where Amanda “consults” with the pet. Miracle then released his canine companions onto the stage. They turned out to be the same people whose likenesses appeared on the cards.

Of course, I appreciate you for what you’ve just shown, but I appreciate you most of all for the help and love you gave your dogs.

– commented the performance of actress Amanda Holden, one of the jurors. Simon Cowell added that now is a good time to call for a ban on the dog meat trade. Miracle and its owner advanced to the semi-finals, winning the support of the entire jury. To this day, they run the K9 Miracles foundation, which works for a just cause, and the Facebook fanpage associated with it.
