Roberto Ayala, winner of the second season of Master Chef Ecuadorhad an accident while riding a motorcycle crossing the bridge over the Jondachi River, on the main road between Tena and Quito.

The pilot by profession had the accident when he went through a hole on that bridge without any warning.

The motorcycle ended up under the bridge and he had to jump out of the vehicle before falling.

“Not a single sign in the bridge gap. If I don’t throw myself forward I will kill myself,” he posted on his Twitter account, along with a video.

Ayala questioned the authorities this Sunday because they had not noticed the risk of this metal structure. “Look how much the authorities of this country care about us. Km 18, Jondachi River. Main road between Tena and Quito,” he wrote.

In a second video, Ayala showed the hole in the bridge through which the bike fell, which was left between stones from the river.

A Twitter user commented that he drove his car over that bridge yesterday and they left some sticks on it as a warning sign. “What a pity that they have been removed. Often people are also Ripleys. And how lucky that nothing happened to you: that river has been overgrown since yesterday,” he responded to the video posted by Ayala.

In the images posted by the winner of chef They are seen trying to get the engine out of the river with a rope.

Through networks, Ayala’s followers started showing solidarity for the misfortune he suffered.
