In an interview for the ‘Intruders’ program, the Spanish journalist indicated that the property acquired in 2012 legally belongs to the family of the former football player and captain of FC Barcelona.
“Two months ago I had access to the Holy Scriptures and I was surprised. The property is being bought by Piqué and Shakira on behalf of a company registered in Barcelona, but to date only Piqué and his father appear in that company, Shakira is no longer listed, so she is no longer the owner of the house,” he explained.
This strengthens the rumors about Shakira leaving the country, who has less and less reason to stay in Spain, and her main destination is Miami.

What is the mansion where Shakira still lives in Barcelona?
The house is located in the Ciutat Diagonal Esplugues de Llobregat urbanization, an exclusive and private area of the Catalan capital. The house is estimated between 12 and 14 million euros.
The property, built in 2012, is located on a 3,800 square meter plot of land, which also includes the former football player’s parents’ house, which Shakira addressed in collaboration with Bizarrap.
The property was designed by the Catalan architect Mireia Admetller, and stands out for its minimalist style, consisting of five floors, several bedrooms and bathrooms, lobby, kitchen, dining room, living room and main room, gym, bar, wine cellar, underground parking, between other things.
