What to replace spreadable butter with? Preparing homemade paste for sandwiches is not difficult

Preparing a paste from these products is a great way to change traditional sandwiches. The combination of both ingredients promotes weight loss and lowers blood cholesterol levels.

Ingredients:

  • 5 sun-dried tomatoes in oil;
  • 100 g sunflower;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
  • 1 teaspoon of tomato concentrate;
  • favorite spices (for example, salt, pepper, paprika).

A method of preparing:

  1. Pour the sunflower seeds with cold water and leave for 2-3 hours.
  2. Pour off the water and blend the grains.
  3. Add rest of ingredients and blend again.
  4. Season with spices and transfer to a jar. Store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.

What to spread on sandwiches? Make a paste of avocado and tuna

there is also a combination of tuna with avocado, which contains large amounts of fiber. Homemade paste is very easy to prepare and will surprise many guests with its taste.

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime;
  • 1/2 package of tuna in its own sauce;
  • 3 tablespoons of natural cheese for spreading;
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped dill;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

A method of preparing:

  1. Remove the pit from the avocado, scoop out the pulp and throw the fruit into a blender.
  2. Add lime juice, shredded tuna, cream cheese and dill.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, and finally blend. Store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
