Cherek, dachshund and noise. This furniture is a hot interior design trend

The Chierowski armchair type 366 is an absolute hit, the origins of which date back to the 1950s. It was also called Chierek after the name of the author of the design, Józef Chierowski. Chierowski has characteristic thin legs and a comfortable upholstered body withdrawn to the back. It was extremely popular and produced in large numbers. It has been hosted both in apartments and offices, which is why you can still buy a used model. Currently, it is an expense of up to PLN 1,000.

Another iconic piece of furniture is the dachshund chest of drawers. Its hallmark is a very high gloss finish. In general, such chests of drawers are made of veneered board covered with wooden veneer. They had a very hard coating that was extremely durable and reflected light like a mirror. This used to be considered an almost luxurious effect, now not so much, so renovation poses a problem because the varnish is not easy to remove. Dachshund chests of drawers always had thin high legs and a dark brown color.
