“Our results show that forgoing physical activity has a very negative impact on physiological health, to a greater extent than the impact of a controlled diet,” said study leader Professor Dylan Thompson. The specialist also pointed out that this study perfectly shows the impact of movement on metabolic health, and its limitation increases the likelihood of getting sick, among others. for type II diabetes.
