In a 33-square-meter studio apartment, Agata Kulesza and I experienced a lot of stories, laughter, tears and only one or two quarrels. We were acting students, for whom Almette cheese was a luxury, but it did not prevent us from organizing a party for several dozen people in this common room. Our hospitality was so famous that even a pigeon came to live, one day behind … TV. And when we went abroad, it was in style: with toast and fish paste by bus to Rome.
Kożuchowska gained recognition much earlier than Agata Kulesza, which she owes, among other things, to her roles in the famous “Kiler” or “M jak miłość”. In “Backgrounds of Fame” Comments TVN Kulesza mentioned the times when Kożuchowska already enjoyed considerable recognition and job offers, while she was still waiting for proposals. – Gośka called and asked me what I was doing. I say minced cutlets. She was at some boxing gala and asked if she could come. […] I felt so-so, with these chops, with these dishcloths and so on. I open the door, there is Kożuchowska in a fur coat and high heels. She comes in, shed that fur, and she says, oh God, chops. And she started eating them. She knows exactly where the real world is.
Agata Kulesza had to wait a bit longer for success, but it paid off. Today, she receives offers to participate in hit productions, and women support each other in the development of their careers. When the film “Ida”, in which Kulesza played, was nominated for an Oscar, Kożuchowska expressed words of support for her friend in a Facebook post.
