Vogue describes the 26-year-old as its “beast”. What captivated the observers so much? He usually talks straight to the camera, otherwise goofing around with friends and smiling from ear to ear. Fans value his authenticity above all else, and it’s what has propelled him to a career on social media. Today they are his main source of income.
“I changed my haircut, grew a mustache and started making TikToks”
As he recalls, the posts he published before were art. He worked in an advertising agency and although he thought he put a lot of work into the materials he published, he could not convince the community of them.

Sedeño knew he had to quit advertising when he was tasked with devising a campaign for a bank. It was just against his principles.
He left the advertising agency in February 2022. Until then, he had traditionally climbed the career ladder. He studied graphic design and advertising, and after graduation he got a job in an advertising agency in New York. He went from intern to junior art director and eventually landed his dream job as art director.

Initially, TikTok was just for fun, but soon began to bring in money and he was able to quit his full-time job.
Although Sedeño says he would never call his job “difficult”, it is much more mentally taxing than he expected. If a movie isn’t popular, he takes it as a personal failure. Numbers are the indicator of success for him. Besides, he is his own brand and has to reckon with constant evaluation by others.

He suggests that if someone would like to make a career in a similar way, they should put themselves in the hands of professionals. It is worth hiring a manager who will conclude contracts with brands. The 26-year-old emphasizes that he does not do anything that he himself does not believe in and values highly. When one company offered him $500 for three videos, he decided it wasn’t worth his time and declined. However, he did not reveal how much he earns.
