Tom Sizemore was hospitalized in critical condition. The well-known supporting actor played in a number of blockbuster films. We know him from Black Hawk Down, Public Enemy, Pearl Harbor, Natural Born Killers, and above all, Saving Private Ryan with Tom Hanks.

Tom Sizemore has played a number of roles alongside great movie stars. He played, among others, in “Born on the Fourth of July” by Oliver Stone with , “Inmate” with Sylvester Stallone, “On the Wave” next to , “Born to Kill” and “Saving Private Ryan” with . He was nominated for Satellite for his performance as Sergeant Mike Horvath.

Tom Sizemore in critical condition. What happened?

Recently, the network was informed that the 61-year-old was hospitalized in critical condition. The news was confirmed by his manager, Charles Lago, who said that the actor was found at his home around 2am.

“He is currently in a critical condition, all we can do is wait for the situation to develop. His family is watching over him and waiting for new information. So far, there is no such information,” reads the statement for “Deadline”.

We know from foreign media reports that the critical condition of the actor was caused by a rupture of a brain aneurysm.

The actor has not only a list of roles in famous productions behind him. Unfortunately, despite a promising career, Sizemore became addicted to drugs – in 2007 the actor was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Four years earlier, he had been convicted of assaulting and beating his then-partner. This was not the last time he was accused of domestic violence – the situation was repeated in 2017.

In the same year, there was also an allegation of sexual harassment. The actor allegedly committed the act in 2003 on an 11-year-old girl. In 2019, Sizemore was arrested again for drug possession.
