Euskaraz irakurri: Azkena Rock Festivalek The Soundtrack of Our Lives in itzulera batu du kartelera
The Azkena Rock Festival continues to unveil its lineup for its 21st edition, which will be held on June 15, 16 and 17 at the Mendizabala venue.
Among the new confirmations, the reunification of the Swedish group The Soundtrack Of Our Lives stands out, which returns to the stage after a decade of inactivity.
In addition, the Thrasville space, a room with a concert hall atmosphere within the festival, there will be garage, surf and rockabilly led by Billy Childish leading the first names on this stage, who will be seconded by The Kaisers, Steel Beans and The Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band.
The King Salami And The Cumberland Three and the Danish Hola Ghost will also perform in the tent, as well as the Catalans Los Tiki Phantoms and the multi-instrumentalist Nestter Donuts.
Also joining the bill are the American artist Amanda Shires and Cordovas, and the free concert in the Plaza de la Virgen Blanca on Saturday at noon by Chuck Prophet & The Mission Express.
In addition, the organization has advanced that there are still groups and soloists to be announced.
Tickets for the festival are still on sale: 155 euros for the three-day pass and 50 (Thursday) and 70 euros (entry for Friday or Saturday) for day tickets. Children under 14 years of age (included) will be able to enter for free, and there will be a reduced entry for young people from 15 to 23 years of age (included) through the Gaztea Voucher (100 euros).
