A method of preparing:

- Mix sour cream with flour, nutmeg and chilli.
- Spread the fat on the bottom of the springform pan, then arrange the ingredients in the following order: , meat stuffing, cream sauce and a piece of melted cheese. Top layer with cream sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.
