Pancake ribbons. A simple recipe for a sweet dish

To prepare sweet pancake ribbons we need:

  • mango pulp,
  • a teaspoon of powdered sugar,
  • 200 g of natural yogurt.

A method of preparing:

Roll up the pancakes and cut into thicker ribbons. You can serve them cold or fry them in a pan. Then put them on a plate, pour over yogurt and add mango pulp. Sprinkle the whole thing with powdered sugar.

Pancake lasagna. You can prepare it in 20 minutes

it is an exceptionally tasty dish, but its preparation usually takes a long time. There is a way. Just use yesterday’s pancakes. Preparing this version of lasagna will take us only 20 minutes, and this version of this dish is equally delicious.

Ingredients:

  • pancakes,
  • half a kilo of minced meat,
  • carrot,
  • leek,
  • melted cheese cube,
  • a can of chopped tomatoes,
  • Red pepper,
  • cheese,
  • a teaspoon of corn flour,
  • a pinch of chilli and salt,
  • garlic,
  • nutmeg,
  • cream.

A method of preparing:

  1. Fry the meat with grated carrot and leek, add red pepper, salt and pressed garlic. After five minutes, add the canned tomatoes and chilli. Stew for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix sour cream with flour, nutmeg and chilli.
  3. Spread the fat on the bottom of the springform pan, then arrange the ingredients in the following order: , meat stuffing, cream sauce and a piece of melted cheese. Top layer with cream sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.
