Although “At my place or yours?” collects bad reviews (), it’s not always the reviews that determine the interest of viewers. If that were the case, the production of Filip Zylber would certainly not be the most watched Netflix film at the moment.

“Love to a square” – because that’s the original title – is the first Polish romantic comedy from Netflix. It premiered last February and tells the story of a teacher, Monika (Adrianna Chlebicka), who leads a secret second life as a model (under the pseudonym Klaudia) to pay off her father’s debts.
Criticism of journalists, but a hit on Netflix
During one of the photo sessions, the woman meets the popular journalist and womanizer Enzo, who was forced to participate in an advertisement by his boss and lover, Alicja. The two models immediately become fierce enemies, and from hatred – as you know – in romantic comedies there is only one step to love.
The director is Filip Zylber, who has worked, among others, in in the movie “How to Marry a Millionaire” and many series, such as “Father Mateusz”, “Commissioner Alex” or “Don’t worry about me”. Adrianna Chlebicka, who plays a double role in Netflix’s production, has previously starred in in “Control”, and Mateusz Banasiuk can be associated with “Zaklęte district”, “Second Chance” or “Colors of Happiness”.
The film enjoys the interest of website users, despite the fact that the reviewers were not impressed. Film journalists decided on two nominations for the Snakes anti-awards for this production: Adrianna Chlebicka was nominated in the category of the worst actress, and Mirosław Baka in the category of performance below dignity.
