Combine the avocado with the lime juice in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, cumin and mash everything (not too much) with a potato masher, leaving a few large chunks so the guacamole has a good texture. Finally, add the tomato, garlic, onion, jalapeño and cilantro and mix everything.

Season the tomato separately with salt and sugar. Place the cilantro, jalapeño and tomatoes in the bowl, add the hot sauce and season with salt if necessary.
