The horror movie ‘The Communion Girl’ hits theaters this Friday, February 10. Starring Carla Campra, Marc Soler, Aina Quiñones and Carlos Oviedoand directed by Víctor García, the film promises many scares.

The work, produced by Ikiru Films, La Terraza Films, La Niña de la Comunión AIE and Atresmedia Cinemarevolves around a doll, a missing girl and an urban legend that terrifies and confronts an entire town.

Director Victor Garcia He has told laSexta that there is “a reflection of society from 30 years ago that is not so far from the current one”. “It’s interesting to see that the conflicts haven’t changed that much,” she added.

The actress Carla Campra gives life to Sara, the main character: a unruly teenager in search of answers. The plot, according to the director, it mixes genres like “entertainment, scares, a little bit of action…”.

When in doubt as to whether the cast of actors takes home the scare, Campra says no. However, viewers will have to go to the movies to find out if that girl, Carla, she will or will not find her doll.
