For the past six months I have been receiving suspicious text messages very often. This is, for example, a request from a courier company for payment or information about vouchers for shopping in Żabka.

Of course, I never click on these links. I also block numbers from which messages come. However, this does nothing. I keep getting text messages from other numbers. And it’s been like this for over half a year. It happens that I receive such strange messages every day.
During conversations with friends and family, I have the impression that probably everyone has already had this type of experience. If someone does not receive text messages, then, for example, he had a call from alleged bank employees. Still others received a message on Messengra from a friend asking for a quick transfer to Blik.

Some may accuse me of writing about something that everyone already knows. Well, no. There are still people who have no idea about the activity of scammers. And when they are deceived, they stay with the same. I have two close-knit examples of this.
I recently found out that my uncle lost 50,000 zlotys due to fraudsters a few months ago. The police are helpless and can do nothing about it. Uncle had to come to terms with the fact that he would probably never get his money back.
Interestingly, once, when my mother received a call from scammers, she went to the police station. On the spot, it turned out that if there was no extortion, it is not worth reporting it. From this the conclusion that this type of fraudsters can feel unpunished.
