Annie Wersching, one of the voices of ‘The last of us’, died at 45 after battling cancer

Comedian Stephen Full, Wersching’s husband confirmed to the media his death on the morning of Sunday, January 29, 2023, after his medical battle with an unspecified type of cancer.

Wersching began his career in 2002 with an appearance in an episode of Star Trek: Enterprise, playing the character of Liana. She also appeared on TV shows like Frasier, Charmed, General Hospital, The Vampire Diaries Y The Rookie.

She is also remembered for her recent role in Star Trek: Picard (2020) as The Borg Queen, series available on Prime Video.

Neil Druckmann, creator of the video game The Last of Us, mourned the death of the actress on Twitter: “We have just lost a beautiful artist and human being. My heart is broken. My thoughts are with his loved ones.”

During their 14-year marriage, Wersching had three children: Eddie, Ozzie and Archie.
