The 27-year-old Spaniard shared on his YouTube channel the weight loss process that he proudly shows and accompanied by Valentín Colominas, his personal trainer, who will also have the challenge of taking off the kilos he acquired when he decided to quit sports to dedicate himself to delving into in community 2.0.

In November 2022, Piqué’s friend explained how he went from being a skinny boy to a young man who weighs 132 kilos.
As he recounted in an extensive video, Ibai practiced sports from the age of six to 17. He started in indoor soccer, where he says he was “a bull” and developed skills and abilities to be able to practice it professionally and receive praise.
Then, when he changed from indoor soccer to field soccer, he realized he didn’t like it and that made him change his mind and he moved away from that sport, so he changed disciplines and started playing basketball.
He started in this sport in his adolescence and years later he “got bored”, so he also decided to move away from basketball.
In addition, at the age of 17 he suffered a “serious” sprain and with the rest, he discovered a new hobby that would take him completely away from sports: the League of Legends (LoL) video game.
Ibai began to “get addicted” to the video game on the Internet and to enter the 2.0 world, while continuing to eat the same amount of food without any type of physical activity. He progressively gained weight, he says and today, he feels “fat”.
The popular Twitch streamer acknowledges his overweight problems, which is why he gives a 180-degree turn to his routine with one goal in mind: to improve his health, which is why he installed a gym at his home in Barcelona.
On his YouTube channel, the Basque said that “there is something in me that has clicked and I have to do what I have to do, that I have actually had a very difficult day in terms of stress, I always go to the gym, some days till the night”.
Now, a month after he started training, Llanos and his trainer are already noticing some results, thanks to his new diet and exercise plan. The streamer has already managed to lose more than seven kilos, something that he proudly showed.
While Colominas, his personal trainer and coach, explained in his latest video that “the improvement indicators are very good, he has gained strength, mobility, resistance and I see him much healthier. And he arrives at the gym with a smile and a desire to train ”.
In this way, Llanos makes it clear that in a few months they will see a new and healthier youtuber, motivated mainly by the sleep apnea he suffers, which, as he himself recounted, stops breathing for a few seconds while you sleep, “which makes that the rest is not of quality” and he is even forced to sleep connected to a machine.
