Felix Portes, a Dominican lawyer, has embarked on the subject and has made it clear to the community of Twitter that the fan’s position is not harassing because said term implies having ‘superiority’ and he clarifies that “the young woman was not superior”.

“For violating ‘privacy’, for disrespect, you cannot destroy private property. For example: Someone insults you on the road, do you stop and break windows? Obviously not… The wrong response/reaction to disrespect can take away your reason”, he explained from his legal point of view.

The lawyer also analyzes that the singer’s attitude is wrong because he “took advantage” of a defenseless young woman. “The action of snatching and throwing away the cell phone is reprehensible. In this case I think he would not have snatched and thrown away a man’s cell phone, it was an abuse of a young girl harmless, security failed him,” he said. (AND)
