With the aim of taking advantage of one of the seasons with the greatest commercial movement and in which new businesses can be positionedthe Guayaquil Mayor’s Office, through the Municipal Public Company for the Innovation and Competitiveness Management (Epic)will activate three new free marketing spaces with activities open to all families, within the framework of the “One more Christmas of ours” campaign.
This Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 Decemberbetween 15:00 and 21:00, The Illustration Fair will be held in Plaza Guayartean initiative of creatives from the city that will bring together 45 graphic artists with unpublished pieces and who will sell their art to the public.
Parallel, On Sunday, December 11, the Sustainable Christmas Fair will be held on the esplanade of La Bota (Salado boardwalk), between 11:00 and 19:30. This initiative promoted by the Malecón 2000 Foundation, with its educational program Diírtete y Aprende, together with Intercia, will offer a space for sustainable development and training aimed at students and professionals, where they will learn new alternatives for friendly consumption with the environment in different workshops and contests open to the public for free.
Additionally, fifteen entrepreneurs from the Guayaquil Entrepreneurship Center will offer sustainable products to attendees, promoting a “greener Christmas”.
Finally, On Saturday the 17th a new Christmas edition of the Mercadito Guayaco will be held, with the aim of making more businesses in the city visible, allowing them to make themselves known and expand with their artisan products. This new Christmas edition will take place on Panama Street from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. More than 50 businesses will offer different gift options for the general public.
