However, their interpretation is not easy, because none of the prophecies refer to a specific date or even a year. After all, many people believe that Nostradamus in his quatrains may have contained clues about the future.

According to the interpreters of the works of Nostradamus, the future regarding 2023 is expected to look quite bleak. In their opinion, one of the quatrains concerns the deepening climate catastrophe:
For forty years the rainbow will not be seen. For forty years she will be seen every day. The dry land will be more and more parched, and there will be great floods when it is visible.
Another prophecy that causes concern among people is that of war. – The great war will last seven months. Millions of people will die. Many countries will disappear from the face of the earth, and the survivors will start a new life, wrote Nostradamus. However, it is not known what events this quatrain refers to. Some say that it refers to wars from the past, others interpret it as a prediction for 2023, which is supposed to indicate that the war in Ukraine will last seven more months, and some see events from the very distant future. The theme that often appears in various prophecies is the church and its head. This was also the case with Nostradamus. – In the final persecution of the Holy Roman Church will be Peter the Roman who will feed his flock amidst many tribulations, after which the city of seven hills will be destroyed and the terrible Judge will judge the people. The end, he wrote, which some interpret as predictions that in 2023 there will be a new pope to replace Pope Francis.
However, the work of Nostradamus, who died almost half a millennium ago, can only be an artistic creation and poetic fantasy. It is worth remembering that all prophecies (regardless of whether their authors are Nostradamus, saints, Mayans or fairies) should simply be approached with a pinch of salt, not making your life plans dependent on them.
