Korean cars with the highest sales in Ecuador

With these three vehicles, Hyundai represents approximately 10% of the sales of hybrid vehicles in Ecuador by the year 2022. Regarding 100% electric mobility, last June the Kona EVwhich in the course of two months already means approximately 6.5% of the sales of electric vehicles in the country.

So far in 2022, Kia had a total of 7,958 units sold and among the vehicles with the highest number of sales in each segment are:

  • Picanto – car segment A (1,674 units)
  • Soluto – car segment B (2,225 units)
  • Seltos – SUV C segment (876 units)
  • Stonic and Soul EV – SUV B segment (1,174 units) (I)
