CantaJuego is a pioneering Spanish group in children’s entertainment. It does so through a pedagogical-musical project developed by specialists in psychomotor stimulation and psychopedagogical work, with more than 9 million subscribers worldwide on YouTube.

The directors of the group are Pedro Zaidman and Matías Zaidman. They comment that this pedagogical-musical project in audiovisual format is aimed at children from 0 to 6 years of age. “He proposes to use music and movement to put imagination and fantasy into operation.a; these experiences develop psychomotricity, enhance the affective world and social relationships”.

Its members are aware of the importance of psychomotor stimulation in the teaching of young children. “Singing and playing in a fun and visually impressive way allows boys and girls to train their ears, develop their sense of rhythm, voice, movement, gesture and body expression, increasing their self-confidence, self-esteem and well-being. staff. Performed by the EnCanto Group, CantaJuego is the opportunity for adults to get closer to children, laugh and enjoy beautiful songs together with the characters that coexist in the world of fantasy and games”.

Born in 2004, little by little and through word of mouth, CantaJuego became known in educational settings and nursery schools in Spain, where they assisted in the development process of the senses through techniques to reach children. . “Fundamentally music and movement, the repetition of choreographies and simple dances that stimulate coordination and knowledge of the body, without age limits”, say the directors.

During this time, each one of CantaJuego’s specialists has been involved knowing that psychomotor stimulation is not only the task of schools or only parents. “Precisely, CantaJuego is a tool created not only for the school environment, but also for the home or play spaces and it builds a bridge with the same criteria for the stimulation of music and play in a coherent way, which allows joining the older ones. to entertainment and training activities, which makes CantaJuego in a family and global project”.

CantaJuego is made up of a multidisciplinary group of professionals to address different issues, there are actors, singers, musicians, acrobats, dancers and a technical team. “Very involved for many years, which contributes to the permanent growth of the project.”

CantaJuego has never been in our country, but they have already performed in Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Argentina. “It is the first time that we have the joy of visiting Ecuador, after receiving multiple invitations from the public, in addition to their affection and closeness. It’s a dream come true.”

They are Puli Díaz, Ainhoa ​​Abaunz, Eugenia Cabrera, Rodrigo Puertas and Paula Berenguer, in addition to the inevitable characters Coco, Pepe and Buby, who will bring joy to the children. “It is noteworthy that there are also other members of the team, Elena Chica and Jonas Nihlén, who, like the rest of the group, have been participating in the project for fifteen years, today leading new proposals such as the Circo del Payaso Nallarín or the Coco y Pepe Show. , which are also CantaJuego in different formats”.

It will be a family moment full of music, choreography, humor and energy that includes a children’s playground outside the Sánchez Aguilar Theater (TSA) with inflatable games, a foam cannon and other surprises so that the fun is maximum.

CantaJuego will be on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 September in the main room of the Teatro Sánchez Aguilar. Performances will be at 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased through the website www.teatrosanchezaguilar.org or at the TSA box office. The costs are $30, $45, and $70.
