Gadot will play the Evil Queen in a live-action Disney adaptation of Snow White.
The actress Gal Gadot, known for bringing Wonder Woman to life in the DC Comics Extended Universe, she will put her superhero outfit aside to play the Evil Queen from Snow White, in a new live action film that Disney is preparing.
Gadot will show her villainous side with this character, and will be accompanied by Rachel Zegler, the one chosen to be Snow White, in the new film from director Marc Webb.
The Deadline site has revealed that the story and music of the original version will be expanded. Whose songs will be composed by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, a duo that became known after their work in La La Land.
The film will be based on a story by the Brothers Grimm, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937) was Disney’s first feature film and over the years it became an essential film in the history of animation.
This is not the first time it has been adapted to the characters of Snow White in the cinema, some modern versions have been made such as those of the films “Mirror Mirror” (2012), with the actresses Julia Roberts and Lily Collins; or “Snow White and the legend of the hunter” (2012), with Kristen Stewart.
