Euskaraz irakurri: Martxan from “Barraka”
Ibai Azpurua has presented this morning in Landako, turned into reality, the project that he presented in 2021: the video game “Barraka”who was the winner of the fourth edition of the Durangoko Azoka Creation Scholarship.
Aizpurua has created “the videogame of his dreams” for a year, thanks to the grant of 15,000 euros from the Scholarship, organized by the Durangoko Azoka and the town council, and the result is a “pleasant and simple” game for play a single person, which its creator has shown “grateful for the great opportunity”.

‘Barraka’
The protagonist is a girl who enters a haunted barracks, and the elements of the game are created with plasticine. According to Aizpurua, “about two or two and a half hours” are needed to complete the game, and the challenge has been to create something “short, beautiful and enriching”.
It will be possible to play “Barraka”, made with the Construct program, on the computer or on mobile devices. The version for phones and tablets will be “soon” (Aizpurua has assured us that “in the next few days or, at the latest, in a week) in the Play Store for Android applications (it will not be in the App Store), while to play On the computer you have to enter the itch.io page.
In both cases, the user or the user will have to pay, about three euros in the Play Store and from four (you can pay as much as you want) in itch.io.
