Fenugreek was cultivated about 3,000 years ago in various parts of the world, including in Egypt, Greece, India and China. Already at that time, its numerous healing and care properties were appreciated. The plant can now be found in off the coast of the Mediterranean Sea.
Fenugreek – how can you use it in home care?
Fenugreek lotion is a cheap home cosmetic that often brings amazing results. It helps, among others, in the case of excessive hair loss. In addition, it is also recommended for people who have problems with their fragility or oiliness.
The effect of wcierki results from the rich composition of the plant. It includes, among others:
- iron
- selenium
- potassium
- silicon
- lecithin
- choline
- phospholipids
- vitamins – A, B and C
Fenugreek infusion step by step
Prepare one tablespoon of ground fenugreek seeds (the package price in many stores does not exceed PLN 5). Pour them into a glass, pour boiling water over them and leave for several minutes. Then drain and cool the decoction, then pour it into a bottle with an applicator.
Gently massage the cosmetic into the scalp and leave it for about 3 hours. After this time, it should be rinsed. Repeat the treatment twice a week for at least a month.
As with other home cosmetics, you should not expect spectacular effects after the first treatment. What’s more, it can be stored in the fridge for up to a week. After this time, it loses its properties.
