The renowned team of pastry chefs of the Patisseria Gremi School of Barcelona dictated, between July 24 and 25a series of talks, which were also open to the public with prior registrationin which they delved into the secrets and techniques of the world of pastry and chocolate products.

The training session took place in person at the School of Chefs of Guayaquilas international guests arrived in the country, thanks to the management of Oro Verde Hotelsas part of his tour Latin America 2022.
