There will be a whole group of Polish artists working in various musical genres. Hip-hop and pop artists, musicians and even a metal band will appear on the stage.
OFF Festival Katowice 2022. Who will play on the first day of the festival?
On the first day of the festival (August 5), the following will perform on stage:
Lordofon – is a Warsaw project that includes: rapper Maciej Poreda and producer Michał Jurek. The music they create is a mixture of rap, pop and guitar alternative. In 2020, they released their debut album “Koło”.
Jakub Skorupa – combines alternative sound with rap narration. The first single of this artist – “Freight trains” proved that a songwriter of unprecedented sensitivity appeared on the Polish music scene.
Frank Leen – is the pseudonym of Tobias Fryzowicz, producer, guitarist and vocalist creating alternative music. He collaborated with Szczyl, Young Igim and Gedz.
Jann – creates sublime pop. The artist gained attention in 2020 when he released the single “Do You Wanna Come Over?”.
Ćpaj Stajl – is a Krakow hip-hop project about the ups and downs of life. On the albums “Lato w Ghettcie”, “Melodrama” and “Golden Arrows” they rapping about which tourists who come to the city do not know
Oysterboy – is the pseudonym of Piotr Kołodyński, the vocalist of the Terrific Sunday group, who creates indie music.
Chair is a duo of Hubert and Cura. “Our music sounds like post-punk, but we record and produce it in a hip-hop way,” they say about their music.
Bałtyk – is a project of Michał Rutkowski, the artist creates post-folk / avant-pop music. His songs, although sad, are beautiful. In his work, he focuses mainly on the topic of loneliness.
Youth Novels – is an ambitious duo created by Ania Babrakowska and Emil Nowak. You could hear their music at festivals and in the TV series “Under the Surface”.
OFF Festival Katowice 2022. Whose concert is worth waiting for on the second day of the festival?
On the second day of the festival (August 6) the following will play:
Kacperczyk – is a duo of the Kacperczyk brothers who combine alternative pop with hip-hop and indie rock. In the song “Artyście z ASP” they sang: Let them play it in Eska / Na OFFie i na Feście / And let it fly everywhere.
Oxford Drama – Polish electro-pop band consisting of Małgorzata Dryjańska and Marcin Mrówka. In 2021, they released their third album “What’s the Deal with Time?”.
Flowers – a band from the Tri-City, whose work refers to Polish bigbit and British guitar playing from the 80s and 90s. Their most popular song is “The End of Holidays”.
Polonia Disco – this collective, which has been operating for several years, is inspired by disco polo music. One of the group’s projects was to create an album that was supposed to cheer the listeners in the time of the pandemic.
Duchy – is a dreampop duo of Joanna Komorowska and Michał Szturomski. Ghosts made their debut in 2021 with the EP “Nocą You See Better”, which was to be inspired by the films of David Lynch.
Róża – is a band that creates pleasant, catchy music. In 2022, they released their debut album “Bu!” .
Georgia – is an uncompromising metal band that has released three albums.
Blokowisko – is a post-bank band referring to the Polish cold wave. Their album “Płonie” was warmly received by both fans and critics.

On the third day of the festival (August 7), the following will appear on the stage:
Bedeos – one of the most popular on the Polish music scene. So far, he has released four studio albums and collaborated, among others with such creators as: Taco Hemingway, Lanek, Białas or Quebonafide.
Papa Dance plays “Below Krytyki” – this is a cult synthpop band, which was founded in 1984. In Katowice, songs from the album “Below critics” will play, which include such songs as: “Our love is spinning like” or “Shortly” takes”.
Waluś Kraksa Kryzys plays “Miłymłodyczlowiek” – he is one of the most interesting young artists on the Polish music scene. In 2021, he released his debut album “Atak”, where he sings about suffering and love.
Kamil Hussein – is a son of a Syrian and Polish woman from Lublin and a former Uber driver. Now the artist works on the border of pop and alternative. He released such songs as: “I have to go there alone” or “Mandala”.
Dziarma – is a Polish artist who creates music on the border of hip-hop, pop and witch house. Dziarma, or rather Agata Dziarmagowska, began her career with appearances in talent shows. In 2021, she released her debut album “Dziarma”.
Asthma – Mateusz Wardyński from Bieska-Biała, who raps about politics and social issues. In his works you can hear that the young artist is inspired by the old school.
Franek Warzywa and Young Buddha – this is a duo of Frank Drażb with the mysterious producer Young Buddha. Their music is abstract and full of humor.
Midsommar – is a band that creates the spirit of shoegaze and dream-pop. The group from Warsaw has been appearing on stage since 2019. So far they have released the EP “The Dream We Had”.
Bogdan Sękalski – although the music created by the artist is light and catchy, his lyrics refer to serious, often unpleasant matters.
Ewa Sad – Ewa Sadowska creates music on the border of psychedelic hip-hop and spiritual lo-fi pop. She is also a member of the Polonia Disco collective and the indiepop band Sorja Morja.
