The head of the Ministry of Energy and Mines (Minem), Eduardo González Toro, accepted the resignation of Enrique Bisetti Solari as Vice Minister of Hydrocarbons, according to the supreme resolution No. 014-2021-EM published today in the official gazette A Peruvian man.
According to the resolution, The person in charge of assuming the functions of the Vice Minister of Hydrocarbons will be the Vice Minister of Mines.Jorge Chávez Cresta, as long as the new vice minister is appointed.
“The aforementioned official has submitted his resignation to the position he had been holding, so it is appropriate to accept it and entrust the functions inherent to the aforementioned position, as long as its holder is appointed,” says the rule signed by the owner of the Minem and the President of the Republic, Pedro Castillo.
It is important to remember that Bisetti Solari was appointed as Minem’s Deputy Minister of Hydrocarbons on August 26 by the then head of the sector, Iván Merino.
