Holcim Ecuador celebrated last Thursday the 100th anniversary of the company that was founded in 1921. It did so with a ceremony that highlighted the trajectory of the firm.
During the ceremony, the company recognized the grandchildren of José Rodríguez Bonín, founder of the company that was born with the name of Industrias y Construcciones. Workers, clients and franchisees also received recognition during the gala, in which the company was also recognized by the Guayaquil Chamber of Industries.
In addition, it was highlighted that Holcim has not only become a strong brand, of national and international renown, but has also positioned itself as a benchmark in the construction sector.
It has also invested more than $ 500 million in the last ten years, to have the most modern and safe technology that allows it to operate under the strictest standards of quality and environmental care in all its operations. In this way, they promote the creation of new solutions for construction and thus boost this industry and the development of every corner of the country.
