As detailed by the commune in an informative note, these are conglomerates dedicated to the productive chains of aromatic and medicinal plants, avocado, textile craftraising guinea pigs and others, from the districts of Baños del Inca, La Encañada, Cospán, Namora, Magdalena and Cajamarca.
The objective is to strengthen the different economic activities and thus make them competitive and sustainable through successful business plans. The money was intended to be invested in equipmentmaterials, inputs, technical advice and new production technologies.

The provincial municipality explained that Procompite Cajamarca was resumed after nine years and had several stages. In that sense, 22 organizations postulated15 of them were admitted to the process, 11 presented their business plan and only 10 of them qualified for the final stage.
