The president of the Council of Ministers, Aníbal Torres, would be willing to return to the agenda the initiative that seeks to assign the National Civil Service Authority (Servir) to the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE), according to what this newspaper learned. This motion was dismissed last January by the Secretary of Public Management.
In that line, Joseph Sandovalspokesman for the Front of State Workers of Peru, emphasized that since Torres was Minister of Justice, he was in favor of withdrawing Servir from the PCM and linking it to the MTPE, for which he urged that it be debated.
