More than a million people who work in the private sector received the bonus of S / 210

The Social Health Insurance (EsSalud) reported that formal workers in the private sector have until March 31 to collect the extraordinary bonus of S / 210 soles granted by the Government as a compensatory mechanism in order to contribute to economic reactivation in the face of the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. 19.

He specified that To date, this economic subsidy has been paid to more than one million 400 thousand workers who work in the private sector, through bank accounts in the financial entities BBVA, Scotiabank, Banbif, BCP, Interbank and Banco de la Nación.

In the case of the Banco de la Nación, the beneficiaries will be able to cash in the voucher in two ways: deposit into an account (if they have an account with the Banco de la Nación), which can be withdrawn at MultiRed agents and ATMs or at the windows of the agencies that the bank has at the national level.

Beneficiaries who go to receive their bonus at the windows of the bank agencies must present their vaccination card, physical or virtual, with the complete vaccination schedule against COVID-19. In the case of those over 40 years of age, they must have the third dose or booster dose, in addition to the correct use of the mask and respect social distancing.

EsSalud recalled that the benefit is granted only once in favor of the formal personnel that is in the payroll of the private sector with incomes of up to 2000 solesas established by Emergency Decree No. 105-2021 issued by the government.

The rule also specifies that as of April 1, Social Security must initiate the return of undisbursed amounts to the account of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion, for reversion to the Public Treasury.
