The box service Kutxabank will extend its face-to-face service hours from tomorrow, since it will extend from the 08:30 a.m. to 02:00 p.m.. This is one of the measures implemented by the entity with the aim of improving the service to old people and move towards a more inclusive economy.
Another of the measures adopted along these lines consists of adapting the customer service free phonewhich now has an access menu that gives priority to older customers, who will be attended in person from 08:00 to 22:00, every day of the year.
Aware that personal attention and digitization are not mutually exclusive phenomena, but complementary, Kutxabank will continue to develop training courses in new technologies for older people, with the aim that they are able to gradually develop in the use of new digital applications in the financial field.
For this reason, new editions of the programs of digital training, which the financial institution began to impart in a pioneering way last year. The objective of this initiative is to extend the training cycles to various Basque municipalities, so that people who are not used to the digital environment learn the basic concepts of using these tools.
