Brewery will build a ‘lounge’ on the island of Isabela in the Galapagos

The initiative, as part of a Corona brand contest, seeks to raise awareness of caring for the environment.

In order to create awareness among consumers, Cervecería Nacional and its Corona brand hold a contest to choose the best initiative for caring for the environment and natural resources.

This Saturday, October 30, the challenge ends, and in the following four days, fifteen winners will be chosen to enjoy two days in a lounge biodegradable that Corona will build on Isabela Island, in the Galapagos archipelago.

Each of those selected may bring a guest. Cervecería Nacional will contact you and make available free flights from Guayaquil and Quito, as well as accommodation in a hotel in the archipelago with all services included.

The building that Corona will build will be with natural materials and will be on the beach, facing the sea. The site will be made by hand without damaging the ecosystem, so guava wood, volcanic stone and sand will be used.

A jury, made up of environmental experts, will be in charge of selecting the most innovative ideas. (I)
