Price of the dollar falls to S/ 3.7211 at the beginning of the exchange session

The price of the dollar fell 0.51% at the beginning of the exchange session and stood at S / 3.7211 at 9:03 am, reported the Bloomberg portal. While in the parallel market, the greenback was trading at S/ 3,680 for purchase and S/ 3,745 for sale. At the interbank level, the refuge currency is located at S/ 3,696 for purchase and S/ 3,715 for sale; BCP reported.

It is worth emphasizing that on the previous day, the foreign currency closed at S/ 3.7400; according to the report given by the Central Reserve Bank of Peru.

In international markets, the euro rose on Wednesday, briefly approaching $1.10, buoyed ahead of this week’s European Central Bank meeting by reports that European Union countries were discussing joint issuance of bonds to finance spending on energy and defense.

US stocks recovered from a four-day sell-off as bear buyers bet the global economic impact of escalating sanctions on Russia is already reflected in market prices. Treasury bonds and the dollar fell.
