They ask to repeal new guidelines for collective bargaining in the state sector

Various unions in the public sector demanded the repeal of Supreme Decree No. 08-2022-PCM, which approves guidelines for the implementation of Law No. 31188, the Law on Collective Bargaining in the State Sector.

Through a press release, various groups such as the National Coordinator CAS never again, the Union of Customs Workers of the South (Sintrasur) and the Union of Workers of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (Sitramef), demanded the development of a “negotiation full collective of all workers in the public sector.

For this purpose, they called a press conference this Tuesday, March 8, to be held in the Auditorium of the National Agrarian Confederation (CNA) in Cercado de Lima.

“Details will be given on the radicalization of our platform of struggle, such as the approval of a national strike at the level of public sector institutions,” the document endorses.
