This Monday, March 7, Ministerial Resolution No. 070-2022-HOUSING was published in El Peruano, which declares the first call to access the Family Housing Bonus in its Own Site Construction modality closed.
The bonus will benefit families from four provinces of Piura that were affected by the earthquake of magnitude 6.1, which occurred on July 30, 2021. The Government decided to declare 7 provinces in an emergency zone, which were able to request the Family Housing Bonus.
The resolution also includes the call for the Technical Entities that will be in charge of executing the construction of the houses, which have a period of up to five days to present themselves to the call. Two entities will execute the 71 projects.
The document is signed by Geiner Alvarado López, Minister of Housing, Construction and Sanitation.
