The Ministry of Energy and Mines (Minem) terminated the appointment of Hilda Geldres, who was appointed two days ago as head of the Social Management Office.
Through Ministerial Resolution No. 064-2022-MINEM/DM, the head of the Minem terminates the appointment of Geldres, thanking him for his services to the nation.
As it is recalled, Geldres’s appointment was questioned, after it became known that during the electoral campaign he composed a song for the then presidential candidate Pedro Castillo and even met with him at the Government Palace.
The day before, the sociologist and folk singer had announced that she was evaluating her permanence in office.
Through Resolution No. 067-2022-MINEM/DM, the Minem appointed Francisco Miranda Saucedo to replace Geldres as the new head of the Social Management Office.
