Mirtha Vásquez: more than 11 thousand Peruvians will benefit from the national employability program

During her speech before the Congress of the Republic for the request for a vote of confidence, the premier Mirtha Vasquez He announced that 11,250 people will be benefited until July 2022 through the National Program for Employability.

The head of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM) detailed that this will seek to contribute to closing the gap of inequality of people in terms of employment, with services of Job Training, Training for Self-Employment, Certification of Job Skills and “Young Bicentennial” Scholarships, virtually, providing them with tools and strengthening their skills to facilitate their access to the formal labor market.

On the other hand, he reiterated that the lack of access to labor inspection services in the most vulnerable and critical sectors of the country has always been a constant problem.

For this reason, he proposed to deconcentrate the labor inspection services in each region of the country, with the goal of installing by July 2023 about 10 new Labor Inspection Platforms close to the working class and their work centers, which will allow counting with 17 Labor Inspection Platforms nationwide.

Finally, he informed that the National Labor Council, in order to require generating the necessary conditions of labor peace, for which we will relaunch the National Labor Council.
