Exchange rate in Peru: how much is it trading today, Friday, February 18, 2022

The price of the dollar today, Friday, February 18, starts at S / 3.7277, according to the portal Bloomberg. In the parallel market, the greenback is quoted at S/ 3,710 for purchase and S/ 3,760 for sale.

On its last day on Thursday the 17th, the exchange rate closed at S/ 3.7270, according to the Central Reserve Bank of Peru (BCRP). Regarding the National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat), the dollar has a value of S/ 3,747 when buying and S/ 3,750 when selling.

On the other hand, according to a latest ranking of its risk indicators, the agency Bloomberg pointed to Peru as the country with the most solid and stable economy in Latin America. With a score of 56.28 points, the country leads the list, followed by Chile (52.79 points), Colombia (42.05 points), Argentina (40.56) and Panama (32.65).

Faced with this news, the President of the Republic, peter castle, highlighted the country’s results during his participation in the Executive Meeting event: Consolidating territorial agendas, which brings together regional governors and state ministers and takes place in the district of San Borja. “I call the investors, the companies, because here there is legal security and we will guarantee the economic security of the country,” said the president.
