“There are restaurants that are going to recover a little and reach 30% of their sales, others may exceed 50%. This will also depend on the capacity of capacity so that couples can spend happy moments with the security measures of the case due to the distance that must exist between the tables, “said Chávez.

He announced that, in terms of three and four star hotels in Lima, reservations are around 40%, since there is a tendency on the part of users to separate at the last minute.
