Fuel prices show an increase of up to S/ 0.31 for the second week of February, according to the Supervisory Agency for Investment in Energy and Mining (Osinerming).
According to the reference prices of the supervisory body, the highest increase is registered in the group of gasoholes. Thus, the value per gallon of Gasohol of 97 is located at S/ 10.38, that is, S/ 0.31 more than last week; the Gasohol of 95 reaches S/ 10.23, the Gasohol of 90 goes up to S/ 9.98; while the Gasohol of 84 rises S/ 0.21 and stands at S/ 9.54 per gallon.
Likewise, the price per gallon of Diesel B5 0-2500 ppm, the most used in transport units, increases by S/0.27 and scales up to S/11.14. Meanwhile, LPG stands at S/3.17 per kilogram.
The increase in the prices of the main fuels occurs a week after the Government ordered the stoppage of Repsol’s activities in the Peruvian sea until the company offers technical guarantees that another spill will not occur.
