The Regional Government of Arequipa communicated to the users of the social debt with a diagnosis of advanced end-stage disease or severe disability and that they have a favorable sentence as res judicata as of December 31, 2021 that they can present their files.
The presentation can be made before the executing unit that corresponds to it, such as Education, Transportation, Health, among others. The document must contain a series of points. For example, for the accreditation of a terminal phase illness, the report issued by a medical board.
In turn, the medical board report must be issued by a collegiate body made up of at least three health specialists, whether from the Ministry of Health or EsSalud, record the data of the authorized doctors who sign the report, indicating their specialties and numbers of school fees. It must contain the diagnosis of the terminal or advanced state of the patient’s disease, record the date, place, report number, full name and ID of the patient. You must also have the reason for issuing the report, which is to attend to the request for the payment of doubt.
As for users with severe disabilitythis condition must be accredited by means of a certificate issued by the Ministry of Health.
All these documents can be submitted until March 4 of this year, since there are deadlines established by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
