Techo Propio launched the first call to grant 18,937 housing bonuses

Through Ministerial Resolution No. 039-2022-Housing, published this Saturday, February 5, the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) ordered that the Techo Propio program grant 18,937 Housing Family Bonuses (BFH) throughout the country, under the modality of Construction on Own Site.

In this way, the first call for Own Roof was made official in 2022, to deliver family housing bonds of S / 27,600, according to what was reported in the official newspaper El Peruano.

The rule specifies that with this call, up to 18,534 housing vouchers will be granted in the Construction on Own Site modality, to serve eligible family groups surplus to the second national call for the Own Roof program for 2021 (approved by Ministerial Resolution No. .° 328-2021-Housing). In other words, these are families that had already met the requirements, both in 2020 and 2021, to access this bonus.

They will maintain their status as eligible family groups until June 17 of this year. Until that date, the requests for allocation and disbursement of these 18,534 bonds will be received by the technical entities, which are in charge of building the houses.

The text also states that up to 403 housing vouchers will be granted for the attention of family groups that have once again obtained their eligible status after the Mivivienda Fund recovers the BFH that were disbursed and that did not fulfill the purpose for which they were granted, through the execution of guarantees and honoring letters of guarantee as of 2020.

The list of the beneficiary families of the 403 BFH will be published on the Mivivienda Fund website (www.mivivienda.com.pe) the day after the publication of this resolution.

The Family Housing Bonus is a direct subsidy granted by the State to a family for free and is not returned.

The Construction on Own Site modality is aimed at families who have their own land or independent airs registered in Public Registries, without charges or encumbrances, to build their home.

The execution of the construction works is in charge of a Technical Entity (ET) authorized by the Mivivienda Fund.

This call for the Techo Propio program is for family groups that meet the requirements to access this benefit, as well as for technical entities with current registration.
