The Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (Between) indicated that it will deliver from this Monday, January 24, 2022, the economic subsidy of the National Solidarity Assistance Program Pension 65 corresponding to the November-December two-month period for the benefit of 126,248 users in rural areas of 20 regions of the country, through the so-called ‘paying carts’ transport companies values (ETV).

The entity pointed out that the ‘paying carts’ will take the subsidy to 518 payment points that will be installed in scattered and difficult-to-access locations. Traditionally, in coordination with local governments and the Banco de la Nación, payment points are usually implemented in public environments such as plazas or communal premises. Activity at payment points also allows the delivery of various services. For example, through intersectoral coordination, there are vaccination posts against COVID-19 and other diseases at payment points,” said the executive director of Pension 65, Mabel Gálvez.
