Dollar in Peru: exchange rate closed down at S/ 3.8650

The price of the dollar closed lower and stood at S/ 3.8650 in the operations of Wednesday, January 19. The greenback started the day at S/ 3.8660, as reported by the Central Reserve Bank of Peru (BCRP).

In this way, the currency decreased by 0.13% compared to the close of last Tuesday, January 18, when it stood at S/ 3.8700. The purchase in the parallel market was located at S/ 3.86 and the sale at S/ 3.89.

As for the price of the dollar at the windows of the main banks, it stands at S/ 3,784 for purchase and S/ 3,964 for sale at the Banco de Credito del Peru (BCP).

Likewise, it accumulates a gain of 3.16% against the sun so far in 2022, after closing at S / 3.9910 in 2021
