The Lima Stock Exchange (BVL) closed the day on Monday, January 17 with losses in most of its indicators. In this way, it registered 10 downward sectors, five upwards and one without variation.
At the close of business, the S&P/BVL Peru General index, the most representative of the Lima stock market, registered a decrease of -0.29% and stood at 23,418.02 points.
Similarly, the index S&P/BVL Peru Selective, which is made up of the 15 most traded shares in the local market, recorded a loss of -0.27% and ended at 626.9 units.
The shares of the sectors that registered gains were: industrial 0.67%, construction 0.11%, services and electricity both registered 0.23%.
On the other hand, the losses of the session were in the shares of mining -0.66% and financial -0.18%.
