President of Indecopi, Julián Palacín, tested positive for COVID-19

The executive president of Indecopi, Julián Palacín Gutiérrez, tested positive for COVID-19, after undergoing a molecular test. In that sense, it was reported that he is stable and complying with the respective isolation and biosecurity measures.

The institution specified that the head of Indecopi received the doses against COVID-19 “and will continue its activities remotely”, as can be read in the statement.

In this sense, Indecopi urged the population to comply with sanitary measures such as the correct use of masks, social distancing, hand washing, as well as avoiding crowds.

Indecopi modifies its schedules after the start of the third wave due to COVID-19

The Indecopi informed the population that, due to the beginning of a third wave of infections by COVID-19, it will prioritize and continue to guarantee the attention of citizens through its various virtual and telephone channels.

In this sense, the face-to-face service at the parts table and citizen service at the national level will be on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. Similarly, telephone and virtual service will be from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and WhatsApp Airport whose number is 985 197 624, It will be available from Monday to Sunday 24 hours a day.
