Wanuchay: find out the payment schedule for the S/ 350 bonus for small farmers

The Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (Midagri) reported that, as of Tuesday, January 18, farmers with less than two hectares will be able to collect the Wanuchay bonus, of S / 350.

This bond is one of the measures implemented by the Government to mitigate the impacts of rising prices of agricultural inputs. The producers will be able verify the date and method of payment entering anuchay.midagri.gob.pe.

The requirements to access the bonus of producers are the following: have a national identity document (DNI), have less than two hectares of land and not be a beneficiary of the Yanapay bonus.

The collection of the bonus may be made in the agencies of the National bank. The date depends on the last digit of the DNI, according to the following schedule, which must be respected to avoid crowds.

Under no circumstances should you go before the established date or to request information. Also, it is a prerequisite bring your physical ID.

The payment of the Wanuchay economic bonus, of S/ 350, was approved by Emergency Decree 108-2021 to guarantee the 2021-2022 agricultural campaign and strengthen food security in the country.

This bonus will require an investment of S/ 23 million, which will benefit 65,000 family farming producers, whose economy was affected not only by the pandemic, but also by the increase in the price of agricultural inputs.

This measure is worked on in a multisectoral manner between the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (MIDIS).
